Cancellation and Return Policies

RETURN UPON DELIVERY

+ Upon delivery, if you don't like your item, you may return them for a flat fee of $80 to offset the delivery charges and a re-stocking fee. The additional restocking fee are charged at $60 for orders below $500 or 20% of orders above $500.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

+ After delivery, you may return your item within 14 days. You will receive your refund in store credits.

+ Additionally, a flat fee of $80 to offset the delivery charges and a re-stocking fee applies:- $60 for orders below $500 or 20% of orders above $500. For example, the cash refunded to you will be: Invoiced amount - delivery charges - re-stocking fees.

+ Goods accepted by you are considered to be free of defects. At return, goods with defects will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION

+ You may cancel your order within 48 hours. A full-cash refund will be issued. Please quote your order number and use the contact details below.

+ Outside of 48 hours, a cancellation fee will apply. Fee is 10% of invoiced amount.

+ Made-to-order pieces are non-cancellable.

REFUND DURATION

+ All cash refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS

+ Customised orders can be cancelled within 48 hours. Outside 48 hours, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

+ The return policies do not apply to customised orders.

+ Full payment must be made before the delivery.

SALES AND "AS-IS" ITEMS

+ Cancellation and return policies do not apply to sales and "as-is" items. Such items are explicitly labelled "on sale", "sales" or "as-is" on our website.
