Please contact us and make a return appointment of your OOF product to our warehouse at 1 Upper Aljunied Link, #05-06, Singapore 367901.
However, if the returned item is damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, a full refund will not be disbursed. So please look after your new furniture!
